Ferrari has joined its Italian counterpart Lamborghini in the battle against COVID-19 by moving its production line in Maranello from delivering vehicle models to respiratory valves and veil fittings.
The brand made the declaration last week saying that the thermoplastic parts will be made there with added substance producing innovation. Coordinations for the task were taken care of by Nuovamacut Gruppo TeamSystem and a few valves were created by Mares, a diving gear maker while Solid Energy contributed fittings.
Ferrari will donate the gear to help in neighborhood Italian hospitals in the territories of Bergamo, Genoa, Modena, Sassuolo and Medicina.
